After the planting we were allowed to roll down the hill! It was a fabulous way to finish the afternoon.

We are hoping to go back in the summer and weed our school's patch.

St. Patrick's has been involved in the planting at Henley Lake for 6 years.

We learnt that mulch and cardboard help the plants to grow strong.

Megan showed us how to remove the trees from their pots, loosen the roots and place them in the holes.

Here are our two pupil of the week certificate recipients. Mackenzie puts 100% effort in to everything. Reid is an amazing cross country runner. Both of these guys, and Anna, have been selected to run in Wellington later in the week. Good luck!
